Concertmaster Ruth Bacon, principal flute Lisa Jelle and Ashland native Christine Fessenmeyer-Hill are featured in Bach's brilliant intricate Brandenburg Concerto No. 5. Grieg's tribue to Norwegian poet Holberg combines traditional dance forms with his own unique lyricism. Mozart returned to Salzburg after three years in Italy to write his first symphonic masterpiece - at the age of only 18!
