Karla Jenkins

Karla Jenkins is a lifelong resident of Ashland, Ohio. She is a graduate of Ashland High School and attended The University of Akron. Karla is very active in her church and community. In addition to her work with the ASO, she is an active mom and has worked in the schools as a reading tutor.
As a member of First Christian Church, Karla can be seen singing with the praise team or serving with the Diaconte. She is also a soprano in the church’s choir and is often featured as a soloist.
In addition to her career and volunteer work, Karla is also a dedicated wife and mother who enjoys traveling with her family. In her free time, Karla enjoys knitting, reading and scrapbooking. Karla resides in Ashland with her husband Mark and their two daughters Zoë, 12, and Emma, 9.
